Why I Coach
My varied personal and professional experience, coupled with a strong ability and desire to support others, makes me a compassionate, inspired and effective life coach. It is always my intention and honor to create a safe relationship where clients can explore their truth and reside knowingly within it while creating the life they long for. With guidance, clients acknowledge their potential and see the unlimited possibilities before them. Then, with on-going support, I encourage my clients to access their courage as they move steadily toward the life that feels right to them.

I have been a Certified Life Coach for the past 12 years. During my 20 years as a classroom teacher, I coached numerous individuals, parents and fellow colleagues. I am trained as a Love and Logic Parenting Instructor and implemented the program for over 14 years. I am a life-long entrepreneur.

A Bit About Me
My favorite childhood memory was 5th grade with Sister Ursula. I can still see her floating around the classroom in full habit. She was smart, artistic and had a great sense of humor. That year I got to wear a uniform complete with beret, listen to The Beatles and ride a city bus to school. It was 1965. Over 50 years later, these things still make me happy. My husband and I have been on "the big adventure" for 25+ years. He is the only man who has ever been able to make me laugh. I had to marry him. We are at the archery range every week. I am the mother of two kind and honest adult children. "Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee" is my favorite TV show. I fully believe I belong in the backseat!
